This isopod hails from the Dominican Republic and can boast a variety of interesting colors in a single colony. Due to their varied appearance, these can make for a great addition to a bio active setup. These isopods like it little more dry, keeping about 1/3rd of their tank with wet moss, 1/3rd moist, and 1/3rd dry. They can be used as feeders for small reptiles and amphibians.
